Healthy Fruit Popsicles

☀️☀️ ITS HOT ☀️☀️

And I for one LOVE the heat!! I’m a summer girl through and through. I remember when we were holidaying in Dubai and it was 40 degrees by 8am. That’s my kind of weather 🏝 

We are really enjoying our ‘staycation’ over the summer. Probably one of my best holidays in years. And with this heat the kids need to cool off after playing hard. And I really don’t like the idea of giving them sugar filled ice blocks. Especially when making your own is just so simple. I almost didn’t post this out of fear of someone saying they don’t need a recipe for this! Ha! But I have anyway. Here are a few simple, delicious and healthy options.

Fruit Based

Popsicle moulds 

Any slices of fruit you or your children like

A few mint leaves if desired

Coconut water

Place fruit into the moulds, don’t overdo it because you need to have some liquid.

Fill almost to the top with coconut water. Alternatively blitz it all up and then pour into the moulds!

Freeze and enjoy! 

*best enjoyed outside and in your bathers! 

Breakfast Popsicles

Popsicle Moulds

Any yoghurt you like (cow, almond, oat etc)

Housemade Museli 

Drizzle of 100% Maple Syrup

Fill moulds a quarter of the way in museli. Drizzle the maple syrup over it and pour the yoghurt almost to the top. 

Freeze and enjoy! 

*Best served in your undies at breakfast or brunch!

To spice the fruit popsicles up a little for adults or dinner parties, try a shot of rum or champagne, or liqueur of your choice.
